Each retainer features a secure silicone loop that attaches to your hearing aid and a sturdy hair clip that fastens discreetly into your hair, helping to prevent your hearing aid from being lost if it becomes dislodged. The hair clip colour will be chosen at random, but if you would like a specific colour, please let me know

These hearing aid retainers are sold individually. If you wear hearing aids in both ears and would like a matching pair, please add two retainers to your basket.
