I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Returns:

• Items may be returned for a refund if they are in their original, unused condition and suitable for resale.

• If you believe there is a fault or construction issue with your item, please contact me — I’ll be happy to discuss a resolution.

• All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is found to have a construction fault or defect.

• In the case of a confirmed fault, I will cover the return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.

Refunds:

• Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
